Charlie Shepler (L) and Rob Barry (R) of TCI Cablevision directed, filmed and edited the first Classical Music Video to be broadcast in the U.S. It featured one of the hosts for the Building Bridges Concerts for Kids, Kendall Ross Bean, broadcast on A&E Network and was nominated for and ACE Award.
Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors declare October 1996 as "Building Bridges of Peace" Month. Today we recognize the outstanding contributions of all the individuals and organizations who help produce and broadcast quality community service TV programming.
