Awards for Central Contra Costa County Senior Coalition

The Central Contra Costa County Senior Coalition was developed to unite, under one umbrella, networks of resources which will encourage and assist public, private, and community service agencies to deliver services more effectively to aging citizens in Central Contra Costa County. They hold monthly meetings at Park Place in Walnut Creek with guest speakers, and provide an opportunity for participating agencies to give a brief report on their services and issues of concern, and to exchange literature about programs and events.
